Dementia Friendly Healthcare and Community Symposium

University of Louisville, Florida State University, and the University of North Dakota GWEP programs present the 6th Annual “Dementia-Friendly Healthcare and Community” virtual symposium. This one-day event will include presentations on the 5Ms as they relate to Dementia from national experts in Dementia assessment and management.

Registration is FREE and continuing education credits will be provided to MD/DO, Nursing, PT, OT and Social Work.

Upon completion of this program, the participant will be able to:

  1. Assess and manage cognitive impairment
  2. Recognize and treat social issues among patients with dementia
  3. Address caregiver issues and education
