Better Care For Older Adults: A Curriculum for All Levels of Nurses, Trainees, and Qualified Service Providers
We’re pleased to share a new series of 12 micro lectures designed for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Qualified Service Providers (QSPs). Each presentation is just 3–5 minutes long, making it easy to incorporate into your day or share during monthly staff meetings.
Each module includes brief pre- and post-questions to reinforce learning. Participants who complete all 12 lectures can earn a Certificate of Completion and a Digital Badge to recognize their achievement.
This series is a great way to refresh skills, support quality care, and foster team learning.
Option 1-You can register as a facility. Complete demographics section for the registrant. You will have access to the pre-test that you can complete together during your staff meeting, view the video, and complete post-test together. Content has been split into 12 short modules, so you could complete each one separately at a monthly staff meeting. Once all modules are completed, your facility will earn a digital badge and certificate of completion.
Option 2-Each staff member would register as an individual. For each module, registrants complete pre-test, view module, and complete post-test. Once all modules are completed, a digital badge and certificate of completion are awarded. Simply post the attached flyer, to let your staff know this is available.
These educational resources are free and are supported by a HRSA grant to UND Dakota Geriatrics, a Geriatric Workforce Enhancement program.
