    These references summarize the assessment and management of the Geriatric 5Ms to support Age-Friendly, person-centered care. These were created to enhance learners’ integration of geriatric principles into their experiential learning.

    Recognizing that preceptors and trainees often face barriers in readily accessible reliable 5Ms information during busy clinical encounters, these cards provide a quick, evidence-based reference at point of care. 

    Two versions are available: a student edition highlighting foundational assessments and a preceptor edition featuring advanced clinical tools and guidance.
