These posters highlight innovative, learner-centered approaches to strengthening geriatric care across medical education and clinical training. Collectively, they examine how embedding geriatric principles into rural clerkships, fostering student-led interprofessional education, and integrating interdisciplinary clinical models can enhance workforce readiness, collaboration, and outcomes for older adults. Together, this work underscores the importance of intentional curriculum design, experiential learning, and team-based care in preparing health professionals to meet the complex needs of aging populations.
